Important Information
There are two documents that you need to read to understand the workings and processes of our HOA. No two HOAs are formed and governed exactly the same way. These two documents, the By-Laws and the Rules & Regulations, are agreed to by a vote of the homeowners. The Board of Directors is elected, by a vote of the homeowners, to enforce the contents of these documents in a fair and consistent manner. A current copy of both documents has been sent to all homeowners. A current copy is to be given to all prospective buyers by the homeowner or their real estate agent. If these documents are amended, a current version will be sent to all homeowners within 10 days of approval by a vote of the homeowners. They will also be published here within the same time frame.
Rules & Regulations - Meadow Oaks Townhouse Association
The Rules & Regulations, just as the By-Laws, is a living document that provides specific information about what is expected from each homeowner and what each homeowner can expect from the HOA. It is to your benefit to know and understand these Rules & Regulations.
Important Forms
At the end of our Rules & Regulations are several useful forms. Among those are: HOA Proxy form, Architectural Approval Request, Violations/Fine Schedule, and Renter's Notification of HOA form. These forms are being updated and are currently a work in progress. In the interim, please use the forms on pages 42-45 of the Rules & Regulations.
