Annual Meeting Information

This is a repository for all of the documents required for us to hold our Annual Homeowners Meeting.  It was designed to make it easier for you to find the documents you need prior to the meeting.

Previous Year's Financials

At each Annual Homeowners Meeting, usually held in January, it is required for the outgoing board to publish the Year-End Financial Reports.  These reports should be published here by the end of the 1st week of the new year.

Minutes of the Last Annual Homeowners Meeting

Our HOA membership is required to approve the minutes from the previous year's Annual Homeowners Meeting at the beginning of each Annual Meeting.  We will publish the Minutes of the current year's meeting as soon as they are ready.
