Meadow Oaks Townhouse HOA is a self-managed HOA, led by a Board of Directors whose goal is to be as unobtrusive as possible while making sure the goals of the neighborhood are maintained.

Those goals are guided by the published Bylaws and Rules & Regulations, voted on and accepted by the entire membership.
